From story to story Sister Jill roles slightly differ, sometimes she is leader of Panther Claw and sometimes she is the head subordinate of the mysterious leader of Panther Claw. Jill is a very selfish woman with an evident sadistic streak. Not only she doesn't mind killing her own subordinates when they disappoint her, in some series (such as Universe) she is clearly shown having fun while doing so.
